World Refugee Day 2022
After a year of hiatus due to COVID-19, World Refugee Day is back at Bangkok 1899 in 2022!
In collaboration with Na Projects Group, SATI Foundation and Asylum Access Global, Bangkok 1899 hosted various programs, including panel discussions and workshops on refugee rights, food court prepared by refugee families as well as performances and art activities.
The World Refugee Day event is an important avenue for refugee communities to share their stories and cultures with the local Thai community to encourage empathy and build solidarity.

Eco Workshop with Refugee Youth
Participants made tie-dye masks with natural indigo dye and colorful bead accessories with upcycled plastic. We also enjoyed lunch prepared by a Pakistani family at Na Cafe!
